Oliver is a Director based in the Leeds office. He has over 17 years of private sector consultancy experience working across the UK. Oliver joined ID Planning in November 2024 from CBRE, where in led the Yorkshire and Northeast Planning for the past 7 years. Prior to this he was with Savills and WYG (now Tetra Tech). Oliver has wide range of experience advising both private and public sector clients on all aspects of planning, including pre-acquisition advice, site promotion strategy, development management and delivery stages of the consenting process, across all sectors, with particular experience on major residential, commercial, health and mixed-use development projects.
Outside of work, Oliver enjoys spending time with his young family, holidaying in his campervan and being out in the great outdoors on his bike or surfboard.
