Matthew joined ID Planning’s Sheffield office in September 2023 as a planning consultant with over two years of experience. His time within a private planning consultancy has allowed him the experience to work closely with a variety of commercial sector clients, encompassing the whole planning process. Matthew specialises in undertaking initial assessments of site development potential, submitting and managing a variety of planning applications through to decision, discharging planning conditions, project management of technical consultants required for planning applications, and preparing and submitting planning appeals. Matthew is currently working towards becoming chartered with the RTPI.
Outside of work, Matthew spends his time socialising with friends, going on walks into the Peak District and watching football. Matthew also has a real passion for music, and regularly goes to watch live music shows.
