Acting for Citylife, we secured planning permission for 224 PRS apartments in 2017 with associated ground floor commercial and retail floorspace. The project has been described as being ‘pioneering’ by the Local Planning Authority and the Associated Press as it is considered to be a major regeneration opportunity on the Western Edge of Leeds City Centre.
