Rachel joined ID Planning in 2007 having previously worked in a large multi-disciplinary property consultancy in Leeds. Rachel has a wide range of residential, commercial and retail planning experience but specialises in strategic planning matters and promoting long term planning opportunities through the Local Plan process. Rachel has a breadth of experience in preparing written representations and giving evidence at Local Plan Examination in Public hearings. Rachel also has experience in undertaking 5 year housing land assessments and preparing Proofs of Evidence for Public Inquiries.
In her free time Rachel enjoys road biking, mountain biking, tandem biking and eating lots of cake.
